SHIPPING All on-line orders are for pick-up only. When checking out your shopping cart please note the following:
1. Credit card information is required to continue your on-line order however no charges will be applied to your credit card - payment in cash will be collected when you pick up your order.
2. The shipping field is set at $0.00.
3. We will advise you via e-mail when the order is ready to be picked up at which time you will be provided with the total of your order including applicable taxes.
RETURNS We guarantee that all products will be inspected to ensure they are free from defects.
If you have a concern regarding your order, please contact us within 10 business days. No returns will be accepted without
pre-authorization from us.
We will exchange products or provide store credit in lieu of a cash refund, for unopened pre-packaged products such as
paper packs, albums, templates, punches or other pre-packaged items.
